Solas Business Park had ambitious plans to expand its business and provide an eco-friendly gardening experience to a broader audience. Driven by its unwavering commitment to sustainability, the trio of businesses rapidly flourished and sought to upgrade its system. To facilitate this expansion, it required technology to compile information from all three businesses onto a single platform to achieve a comprehensive overview of the business. To grow more seamlessly, OSSM was chosen to spearhead the implementation and integration of NetSuite.

Accelerated Payments had grown rapidly since it was established in 2017 and quickly outgrew its existing accounting software system that lacked the sophisticated controls required to support multiple currencies and detailed reporting.
As a fast-growing business, the team realised the need for change as they were spending more and more time on the day-to-day manual tasks which was getting too much to manage. All consolidation work was being done in spreadsheets and it was taking 2–3 days to complete. With 10 companies running at the time, this was becoming an impossible task.

The rising popularity of MedTech companies in Ireland has increased the need for quality control in high-end manufacturing in recent years. Labquips’ ability to meet this demand was hampered by outdated accounting systems. Its ordering and installation information was stored on a separate system to the accounts system which meant that significant time was spent inputting the same data twice and it provided a very limited overview of the overall business performance.
To overcome this issue and help meet increased customer demand, OSSM Cloud Solutions implemented the cloud-based Oracle NetSuite ERP solution that integrates various business units and improves efficiency.

Respa Beds has ambitious plans to increase mattress output by 40%. Key to achieving this is increased visibility and control over business processes.
With 6,000 different order options for mattresses alone, and more than 100,000 headboard and divan variations, Respa Beds needed to centralise sales and manufacturing information stored in disparate systems. This would allow it a much better overview of business performance.
Respa teamed up with OSSM to install a customised Oracle NetSuite ERP solution with the aim of integrating ordering, sales, accounts, and manufacturing processes to give them a clear view of key operations.

Scope Eyecare has ambitious plans to expand its business into other markets such as the US. Key to achieving this is increased visibility and control over business processes. Scope Eyecare has enjoyed significant growth in the last three years.
Given this expansion, it quickly outgrew its existing financial software and needed technology to compile information from all operations onto a single platform to enhance the understanding of the overall business performance.
Scope Eyecare teamed up with OSSM to install a customised Oracle NetSuite ERP solution with the aim of meeting the company’s business needs and addressing productivity issues and inefficiencies.
