1. Eligibility
Available to organisations actively reviewing or seeking to improve their finance/ERP systems. OSSM reserves the right to decline bookings where there is no fit with our services or NetSuite. This will be assessed during a short introductory call.
2. One Session Per Company
The offer is limited to one complimentary consultation per company.
3. Duration
The session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and will last up to 3 hours. If less time is needed, no monetary compensation or alternative will be offered.
4. Scope
This is a high-level assessment. We aim to cover as much as possible in the session timeframe, prioritising key areas of concern.
5. No Obligation
There’s no obligation to purchase additional services. However, we may recommend further consultation if needed, based on what we uncover. These recommendations will be shared in your summary report.
6. Booking & Cancellation
Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide at least 3 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid disruption.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation will remain confidential and used solely for analysis and preparation of your findings report.
