We take care
As every business is different, we like to spend the time to gather our clients' key requirements and objectives, so that we can recommend the most appropriate solution to fit their business. We take care of the entire process from pre-sales and initial requirements gathering through to implementation and support.
We have a pre-sales process that we follow for NetSuite projects. Typically, this process includes the following steps:
Pre-Sales Consultation - What are you looking to achieve for your business? Once we understand your goals and objectives, then we can determine the suitability of NetSuite for your business.
Overview Demonstration - what does the software look like? This is a quick overview presentation just to make sure you like what you see.
Estimate - we present an estimate at this stage – to ensure that the investment falls within the budget allocated for the project.
Discovery - this is a very focused call or meeting (for approx 1 hour) to confirm the finer details so that we can prepare a custom demonstration of NetSuite to your team.
Custom Demonstration - we present a custom demonstration for your business, covering the key points discussed during the discovery. At this stage, you should be able to imagine how NetSuite could work within your business.
Final Estimate – at this stage, we put together the final estimate.
Sign Off – The final estimate is signed off and so the project moves into implementation phase.
We use the NetSuite One Methodology, which contains seven stages:
Initiate, Analyse, Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, and Optimise, with each stage broken down into multiple tasks. The stages and tasks are important for segregating the work into manageable blocks.
Not all projects will always use all stages and complete all the activities outlined in this methodology. This staged approach has been designed to be flexible enough to allow specific requirements to be properly addressed and for methods and techniques to be selected and implemented as needed.
We will take care of your on-going support queries and will appoint an account manager to ensure that you are looked after once the system has gone live.
